    The purpose of this guideline is to establish the minimum ethical standards that all employees must adhere to.
  • Responsibilities and Duties to Customers
    Code of Conduct
    We always listen to our customers’ feedback, providing the highest quality and service to ensure customer satisfaction, and making customers the top priority in all decisions and actions. Customer complaints are handled promptly and courteously. We do not disclose customer information to third parties or use it for other purposes without prior consent. We refrain from false, exaggerated, or excessive advertising and provide necessary information in a timely manner to enable customers to make informed decisions. We avoid unfair contracts and any actions that may harm the interests of our customers.
  • Compliance with Laws and Fair Competition
    Code of Conduct
    We respect the principles and order of the market economy and engage in fair competition. Employees must not offer or propose bribes or any form of improper benefits, directly or indirectly, to stakeholders. We prioritize compliance management and adhere to domestic and international anti-corruption laws and regulations. All transactions are conducted transparently and fairly, avoiding any form of unfair practices that exploit a dominant position. In transactions with partner companies, the company’s interests are prioritized, with no consideration given to personal gain. We provide necessary information fairly and do not misuse information or technology obtained from partners during transactions.
  • Prohibited Actions for Employees
    • Prohibition on Receiving or Giving Money or
      Other Valuables
      All employees are prohibited from accepting any form of money, securities, goods, or entertainment such as meals, trips, golf, or other hospitality from business-related stakeholders under any circumstances.
    • Prohibition on Bribery and
      Offering Money or Other Valuables
      All employees are strictly prohibited from proposing or offering any form of money, hospitality, or other improper benefits to government officials, customers, or any third parties, either directly or indirectly, with the intent of influencing specific actions.
    • Prohibition of Mediation and Solicitation
      All employees are prohibited from using their position or personal relationships to engage in any form of mediation, solicitation, or introduction that could influence another employee’s job performance.
    • Prohibition of Improper Handling of Duties
      All employees must carry out their duties in a fair and transparent manner, based on legality, propriety, and the principles of integrity and sincerity, guided by sound common sense and conscience.
